Hyde County Lodges

Hyde County Lodges are two-bedroom lodges located in the quaint fishing and farming village of Engelhard.  Whether you are sipping coffee on the front porch, fishing off the dock, or watching the shrimp and fishing boats return with their catch you will enjoy the peace and serenity of the endless views of the Pamlico Sound.

Pet Policy- I only allowed pets on the closed in porch and are allowed on the yard, but not inside living area of lodge. 

Our Lodges

The lodges are two-bedroom one bath lodges with amenities including washer / dryer and dishwasher. All of the linens are provided.  The grounds have amenities including boat ramp and basin, docks, and pier. The lodges are available for rent short-term or long- term. The lodges are the perfect get-away for hunters, bird watchers, or someone seeking a vacation rental near the Outer Banks but do not want to pay beach prices. 

Hyde County is well-known for the abundant wildlife and laid-back atmosphere.  Hyde County is a popular destination for hunters, fishermen, bird watchers, and any outdoorsmen.  There are mutiple outlets for boating, kayaking, and canoeing.
